Shipping policy
At Kojak, we are committed to delivering our hats and accessories to you with speed and care. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our facility in Ontario, Canada.
1. Processing Schedule

Standard Orders: We typically prepare and ship orders within 1–3 business days.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or new collection launches, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and total weight of your package.

Please note: Delivery windows are estimates. Deliveries to rural areas or remote northern regions may take longer than the times listed above.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
4. Taxes and Customs

Canadian Orders: All domestic shipments are subject to provincial taxes (HST, GST, or PST) based on the delivery address.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by their country. Kojak does not collect these fees and is not responsible for them.
5. Delivery Guidelines

P.O. Boxes: We ship to Canadian P.O. Boxes exclusively via Canada Post.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Kojak is not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the user.
6. Refused or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us because it was refused or marked "undeliverable" by the carrier, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged to Kojak.
7. Missing or Damaged Goods
While Kojak is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit, your satisfaction is important to us:

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please document the packaging and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Non-Delivery: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but the package is missing, please email us at "kojakontario@yahoo.com" within 48 hours so we can assist you with a carrier investigation.
