Refund policy

Your style matters to us. If your KOJAK piece isn’t the right fit or you’ve simply  changed your mind, we offer flexible return and exchange options to keep your  wardrobe right where it needs to be.

Time Allowance:

  • Returns: Available within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • After these periods, all orders are considered final sale.

What Qualifies for Return/Exchange

To be accepted, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Show no signs of wear, scent, or damage.

KOJAK reserves full discretion to approve or decline any item that does not meet the above criteria.

  • Gift cards purchased can not be returned.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns may be refunded to original payment method or issued as store credit (as per KOJAK policy at time of request).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Online Purchases

For shipped orders, follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Email us at kojakontario@yahoo.com within the eligible window.

  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless KOJAK is at fault.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once approved, we'll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
